MoMo Pay (momopaymm.com) provides USD virtual cards for customers in Myanmar, topped up with local payment methods. For anything in this policy, contact support@momopaymm.com.
We never ask for your mobile-banking or wallet passwords, and we do not read your bank or KPay/Wave account.
To run your wallet and cards, match your deposits, prevent fraud and duplicate payments, answer support requests, and meet record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
When we run ads, our public pages load Google's measurement tag. It records that a visit came from an ad and whether it led to an account being opened or a first deposit being completed, using Google's own cookie. It is switched off unless an ad campaign is running.
One signed-in page loads it: the thank-you page shown after your first deposit is approved. From that page Google is told that a first deposit happened, along with an internal reference used only to stop the same one being counted twice. The amount is not sent, and neither is your name, email, wallet balance, deposit history or card details. No other page you use after signing in loads the tag.
Card details are created by our card-issuing partner, so the name on the card and the card funding amounts are shared with them. Our hosting, database and email providers process data on our behalf. Nothing is shared beyond what is needed to run the service.
Our Facebook app is used only to publish posts to our own Facebook Page. It does not collect, store or process any personal data of Facebook users or Page visitors.
Connections are encrypted with TLS and access to customer data is limited to the operator. Financial records are kept as long as bookkeeping and fraud prevention require. Account data is kept while your account is active — see data deletion for how to remove it.
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date.
