Delete your MoMo Pay account

1. Close any active cards and withdraw your remaining balance.
2. Email support@momopaymm.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account", or open a support ticket in the app.
3. We confirm the request and delete your account and profile data within 30 days.

Financial transaction records that bookkeeping and fraud prevention require are kept for as long as the law and good accounting demand, but they are no longer used for anything else after your account is deleted.

Facebook users

Our Facebook app only publishes posts to our own Facebook Page. It does not collect or store any personal data of Facebook users, so there is nothing held by us to delete. Anything you posted on Facebook itself (comments, messages) can be removed with Facebook's own tools.
